So much so that if Fishery sector becomes more organized and adopts technology for its advantage, India can become leader in fish production and fish export.

Our Business Model is a Complete System – With You from Breeding till Selling Fish
IM technology that we’ve developed for Fishery Business aspirants is a complete ecosystem that not only helps fishermen to multiply fish production manifold with much less effort, and in much smaller space; the primary objective and feature of IM Fishery technology is to make live fish available to consumer. To achieve the same, we’ve developed a very pertinent and powerful supply chain management system. Our business module has been devised after a lot of research, real-life market observations and consumer preference.

Pilot Project –Vidarbha
Since we belong to Vidarbha in Maharashtra our pilot project will happen in Vidarbha. Then we will take it further. our Corporate Office is in Nagpur.

Finance
IM Fishery Technology requires funding and we’ve had many people approach us to fund the project. While we’re in talk with a few, Government has also floated schemes and subsidies to share financial burden for those who wish to avail of it; thereby encouraging more people to come forward and engage in Fishery business.

Business Module – One Distributor in One District – One Dealer in Every Taluka
We have capacity to accommodate 10 lac business units and each unit is unique considering the environment of the area, business size, type of fish that district or Taluka has, and other such factors. This is the reason each unit requires independent software and hardware. However, it is also a fact that with limited manpower it is difficult for us to singlehandedly manage all 10 lac units ourselves. This is the reason we have decided to appoint one Distributor in every district who will appoint one Dealer in every Taluka. This is the kind of network through which we plan to oversee and control the operations. This system also helps us get closer to our dream of creating new jobs and occupations for our men and women folks who have been earning their livelihood by following their community tradition of fishing.

Who Can Benefit
Our business module can be used by men and women both with equal ease. As a matter of fact we will be very happy and proud to see our women become successful fishery entrepreneur using IM technology. IM Tech can be used for any type of fish that is found locally. We encourage people to harvest locally available fish. We train people on-the-job in real life environment to use this system so that they get to experience what goes into producing more as well as high quality fish. We provide support at every step through the first cycle.We offer free fish feed during the first cycle.
